The aesthetic is comparable to ToeJam and Earl 2 Panic on Funkatron, and has that same quality visual appeal. In this case, the Genesis game is quite good, so unless you are a die-hard Super Nintendo gamer with some money to spare, stick with the Sega Genesis copy.The colors, backgrounds, and animations are all very nice for Sega Genesis.
As of right now, SNES copies of Boogerman are at $35 and Genesis copies of Boogerman are at $10. Firstly, like most games that saw a twin release on Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis, the Super Nintendo version has more detailed backgrounds, better colors, and sounds much better. A superhero that can flick his own boogers, spit milk loogies, burp, fart, and fart-fly.This is an interesting platform-style game that seems to take quite a bit of inspiration on Mario.
